Description
*Provide expert employee relations advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
*Support recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
*Partner with managers to deliver effective people solutions aligned to business objectives.
*Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies, and company procedures.
*Manage performance review processes and support capability improvement plans.
*Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
*Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE, and growth initiatives.
*Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, providing insights and workforce metrics.
*Assist with learning and development programmes to build organisational capability.
*Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and value creation.


Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Proven HR advisory experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
*Be a confident communicator, able to influence and build trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
*Demonstrate commercial awareness, understanding how HR supports business growth within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
*Be highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
*Show resilience and adaptability, thriving in a changing environment and taking a pragmatic approach to solving people-related challenges.
