Full job descriptionAbout our clientOur client is a well-established residential block management business based in Surrey, managing a portfolio of around 1,400 units across south London and Surrey. They’ve built a reputation for a personal, hands-on approach to property management and run a small, close-knit team.
The roleAs property manager, you’ll report to the senior property manager and take on day-to-day responsibility for a varied residential portfolio. You’ll handle everything from leaseholder correspondence and service charge queries to major works consultations.
What you’ll be doing*Producing LPE1s for leaseholders and solicitors
*Managing major works and Section 20 consultations
*Handling service charge queries, leak investigations and insurance claims
*Liaising with solicitors on leasehold matters such as lease extensions
*Supporting AGMs and liaising with contractors for quotations
*Providing office cover and support to the Senior Property Manager as needed
Skills and experienceEssential:
*Experience working in residential block management
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and proactively
*Comfortable working collaboratively in a small office team
Desirable:
*Experience handling Section 20: Major works consultations
*Experience producing LPE1s
