Location: Eccles, Manchester
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Hours: Full Time
Training: on-the-job training provided
Hours 8am to 1700pm
Pay Rate : £13:00 per hour
About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Damage Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with good organisational and customer service skills who are keen to learn.
Key Responsibilities
*Creating and maintaining vehicle damage packs.
*Sending damage photographs and supporting documentation to approved body shops and suppliers for repair estimates.
*Chasing body shops and suppliers for repair quotations and progress updates.
*Updating internal systems with repair statuses and progress notes.
*Monitoring outstanding repairs to ensure timely completion.
*Liaising with internal departments regarding vehicle damage cases.
*Collating repair findings and passing information to the Recharge Team for customer billing and cost recovery.
*Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
*Providing general administrative support to the Damage and Fleet teams.
Skills & Experience
*Previous administration experience desirable but not essential.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
*Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
*Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
