With a focus on employee welfare and engagement this is a great opportunity for an Event Project Manager to work on global projects with a fantastic dedicated team.
THE ROLE
They are now looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join the team and deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare events globally. The role will initially work as an implant within one of the agency’s pharmaceutical clients delivering an array of pharma events after which you will join the agency delivering events for a range of pharmaceutical clients. A broad role responsibilities include:
*Managing multiple projects simultaneously
*End to end delivery of projects including congresses, ad boards and standalone meetings
*Liaising with clients and managing relationships
*Management of project timelines
*Negotiating with and managing suppliers
*Overseeing venue sourcing and delegate management
*Budget management
*Leading teams onsite internationally – travel required
*Participating in pitches
The Candidate
This role will suit someone who thrives in fast paced environments and who has at least two years’ experience delivering pharmaceutical events end to end both client side and agency. You will be joining a fantastic event agency who deliver truly exceptional events.
