Full job descriptionOur leading client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures across all hotel departments, and overseeing hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
*The Operations Manager will ensure effective performance management and contribute to the strategic business plan
*Maximise revenue opportunities
*Prioritise the customer experience by analysing guest feedback and implementing action plans.
*Collaborate with department heads to lead recruitment efforts and foster team development
*Promote a culture of service excellence
*Delegate General Manager responsibilities as needed and ensure smooth hotel operations


Key Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience and a successful track record of managing at HOD level
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
*Extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies
*The Operations Manager will be highly commercially driven
*Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a good team player
*Experience managing a busy team to improve performance
