We’re recruiting for a growing software company looking for a technically strong Solution Consultant / Project Lead to join its Professional Services team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll lead software implementations from design through to go-live, manage project delivery, and provide post-implementation support. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams and third-party ERP providers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities*Lead end-to-end software implementation projects
*Manage project plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications
*Deliver integrations with ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP and MRI
*Work with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
*Coordinate internal teams, customers and third-party partners
*Provide 2nd line support, upgrades and system migrations
*Drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement
About YouYou’ll have experience in software implementation or technical consultancy and be confident leading customer projects.
You’ll also bring:
*Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations
*Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
*Technical skills in SQL, JavaScript or PowerShell
*Experience with APIs, integrations or system deployments
*ERP integration experience is highly desirable
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
