Location: North West
Rate: £340 - £360 per day
Contract: 3 Months
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Design & Build company on a 3-month contract based across the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in Design & Build to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
*Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
*Monitor project progress, manage programmes, and resolve any issues effectively.
*Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality on site.
Requirements:
*Proven track record in Project Management within the construction industry.
*Current or previous Design & Build (D&B) experience is essential.
*Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Essential Qualifications:
*SMSTS
*CSCS Black Card
*First Aid at Work
*Asbestos Awareness
