IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Production Operative to join a manufacturing team in Willand. This role involves supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed, and handled to a high standard.
Key Duties:*Pack and assemble gift sets accurately according to customer specifications.
*Assist with the production, packing, and labelling of finished products.
*Ensure gift sets meet quality standards before dispatch.
*Follow operational procedures and meet daily production targets and deadlines.
*Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety on the factory floor.
*Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.
Requirements:*Experience in a production, packing, or warehouse environment.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
*Good level of spoken and written English.
