The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
*Registering and qualifying new applicants.
*Conducting property viewings.
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
*Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
*Generating new business opportunities.
*Progressing agreed lets through to completion.
*Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
*Contributing to individual and office targets.
Package:
*Basic Salary up to £22,000.
*Car Allowance.
*Realistic Year One OTE of £50,000+.
*Uncapped commission and bonus structure.
*1 in 4 Saturdays.
*Excellent training, support and career progression.

The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in estate agency or a strong desire to build a successful career in residential lettings.
*Target-driven, ambitious and commercially minded.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Confident, personable and professional.
*A proactive approach with a genuine passion for property.
*Full UK driving licence and own car.
