Full job descriptionWe are recruiting Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
Locations: Bristol, Cornwall, South Gloucestershire & Devon
Pay: £17 per hour
Flexible opportunities with day, night and sleep-in shifts available
You’ll support children in their own homes and communities, helping them build confidence, develop independence, and enjoy meaningful experiences.
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
Minimum 1 year’s care experience
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Experience supporting children with complex needs
A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach
