As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD.
*Help students develop confidence, communication skills, and independence.
*Work closely with teachers to create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
*Monitor students’ progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.
We’re looking for someone who:
*Is patient, caring, and passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
*Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Is interested in gaining practical SEN experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
