Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join a Legal 500 rated law firm in Dorset.
Within this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions from start to finish within an I.T driven and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
*Draft and review legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate progress
*Conduct property searches, land registry checks, and title investigations to ensure clear ownership
*Coordinate with external solicitors and internal teams to meet transaction deadlines
*Maintain accurate case files and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards
*Provide clear updates to clients regarding transaction progress and address any issues promptly
*Utilise IT systems efficiently to track case progress and manage client information
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout all conveyancing activities
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer - (part or fully qualified)
*Strong understanding of property law, land registry procedures, and conveyancing processes
*Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and stakeholder engagement
*Proficiency with legal IT systems and case management software
