Full job descriptionBridge Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a busy and growing engineering team.
The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work on interesting and varied engineering projects using modern equipment within a well-established workshop environment. Training will be provided for the CNC Brake Press where required.
Skills & Experience RequiredTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
*Relevant workshop experience, ideally within a precision sheet metal or plate environment working to tight tolerances
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*General engineering workshop knowledge
*Experience working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
*CNC Brake Press experience desirable (training provided)
*TIG and MIG welding experience advantageous
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
*Ideally time served
Salary & Benefits*Competitive pay: up to £18 per hour

Working Hours*Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
*Friday: 07:30 - 14:00
Annual Leave*20 days holiday during the first year of service
