Are you an experienced IBM Power i (IBM i/AS400) Technical Consultant looking for your next challenge?
Join our expert Service Desk team and support enterprise customers across finance, manufacturing and retail.
You’ll provide proactive monitoring, technical consultancy and 1st/2nd line support, ensuring business-critical IBM i environments remain secure, resilient and performing at their best.
What your day to day looks like:
*Deliver remote technical support for IBM i managed services customers
*Manage incidents through to resolution
*Support backups, HA, DR, patching and upgrades
*Proactively monitor and optimise customer environments
*Work closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver exceptional service
What we need from you:
*4+ years’ experience in a senior Service Desk or Operations role
*Strong IBM Power i / IBM i administration skills
*Experience with enterprise infrastructure, managed services and ticketing systems
*Excellent communication, troubleshooting and customer service skills
