About the Role
Responsive Personnel looking for Kiosk/Catering Assistants to join our match day team in Oxford (OX4). This is a flexible, ad hoc role, working during home games to provide excellent food and beverage service to supporters in a fast-paced stadium environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
*Serving food and beverages to customers efficiently and professionally.
*Operating tills and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
*Preparing and replenishing food and drink items.
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
*Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
*Assisting with stock replenishment throughout the event.
*Following all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
*Working effectively as part of a busy catering team.
What We’re Looking For
*Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible match day shifts.
*Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Previous catering, hospitality, or retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
