Full job descriptionGot People are recruiting for a hands-on Yard Supervisor to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in yard, logistics or warehouse operations who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day running of the yard.
*Salary: £33,000 + Overtime (Regular overtime available during busy summer months) + 25 Days Holiday
Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise day-to-day yard operations
*Lead and support the Yard Support team
*Manage stock movements and equipment returns
*Ensure all equipment is checked, cleaned and stored correctly
*Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards
*Coordinate with transport and operations teams
*Monitor stock levels and report shortages
*Support equipment servicing, repairs and annual stock takes
*Assist the Yard Manager with daily planning and operational improvements
