Job Description:
Full job descriptionThis Event Management company are seeking a Temporary worker to work as the main point of contact between the delegates and travel booker providers to co-ordinate all Event travel. Starting ASAP until end of the year, possibility of going permanent. Paying £14p/h.
Event Travel Co-Ordinator, Responsibilities
*As the Event Travel Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the travel bookings for all attendees as required
*Co-ordinate travel requirements and book via a TMC, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail to ensure ticketing is correctly issued and client expenses policy followed
*Work with the event team pre-event to cross check all travel bookings against other elements of the events
Event Travel Co-ordinator, Skills Required
*Previous working experience within travel, ideally within an Operations or Travel booking position or an Event Co-ordinator
*Excellent attention to detail and great problem solving skills
*The ability to multitask is key as you may work on multiple events with different travel requirements at one time.

*Temporary role starting ASAP for 5 months, with a potential to go permanent
*Paying £14p/h
*Based in the office in Wakefield with 1 day remote after initial training completed
*Flexible working hours between 8am - 6pm - 7.5hr day / 37.5 hours week
*Parking onsite
