*Starting Salary: £35,877 per annum.
*Working hours: Monday to Friday, alternating weekly shifts, 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
*Full Time, Permanent.
We are recruiting for an experienced ProductionShift Leader to join our well established client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to manage production teams, drive operational performance, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, motivate, coach and develop production teams to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and promote a positive safety culture.
*Manage team performance, attendance, training, and development.
*Coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules and KPIs.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
*Complete production reporting and maintain accurate records.
*Work closely with other departments to support operational performance.
Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Production Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisory role within manufacturing.
*IOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
*Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
*Positive, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
