What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing enquiries and conducting viewings for both sales and lettings
*Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion
*Advising clients throughout the sales and lettings process
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
*Working towards agreed targets and KPIs
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
*Supporting the wider team with general office and property-related tasks
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Experience in residential sales and lettings (or strong experience in one and willingness to learn the other)
*Confident negotiation and selling ability
*Strong understanding of relevant processes and legislation
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Ambitious, proactive, and well presented
*Knowledge of Colliers Wood and surrounding areas is beneficial
*Full UK driving licence essential
*Professional approach to estate agency and client care
