My client is a highly respected and professional property services company that has been established for over 30 years. Their success is entirely down to the high standards of people we employ who share our ethos and vision and who able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing challenges of the property market.
They are seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Sales Negotiator who would like the opportunity to step up and work in a fast-paced competitive environment within a successful independent company.
Listing experience is desired but not essential.
The ideal Sales Negotiator will be a team player who will be expected to maintain our reputation for excellent customer service and results.
The ideal candidate should have:
*A target driven mentality with the interests of the client being maintained
*A desire to progress within an award-winning company
*The ability to practice all regulatory requirements
*Be able to articulate excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and energy to help customers
*An existing knowledge of Dartford is an advantage
*A clean UK driving licence and car is essential

Salary for a Sales negotiator:
*Basic salary £25,000 pa
*A generous commission structure which should equate to OTE between £40,000 and £45,000 within the first year.
Hours
*9am to 6pm, 4 days a week between Monday to Friday
*Saturday, 9am-5.30pm
*The role is full time (5 days a week) to include Saturdays with a day off during the week.
