What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:
*Managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
*Generating new lettings instructions and increasing market share
*Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
*Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
*Overseeing compliance with current lettings legislation
*Supporting and developing members of the lettings team
*Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
*Working closely with the property management team to ensure smooth tenancy progression

*Proven experience in residential lettings
*Strong understanding of the full lettings process
*ARLA qualification beneficial
*Experience managing, motivating and developing a team
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
*Target-focused and commercially aware
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Knowledge of the East Kent area advantageous
*Full UK Driving Licence essential
