HGV Class 2 or 7.5 Tonne Driver Wanted – Make a Difference Every DayWe’re looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 or 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a friendly team based in Acton.
This is more than just a driving job. You’ll be delivering food supplies to food banks across London, helping support local communities while enjoying a stable, full-time role with excellent benefits and ongoing training.
Salary & Benefits*Salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per year
*Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday working patterns
*Start times of 06:00-14:00, 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00
*34 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
*Overtime available
*Staff food supplies
*Full training and ongoing support
*Permanent, full-time position
The Role*Deliver palletised food supplies to food banks across London
*Use a tail lift for deliveries
*Some handball required
*Complete daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
*Provide a professional and courteous service at every delivery
What We’re Looking For*Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence or7.5 Tonne (Category C1) licence
*Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*A reliable, punctual and professional attitude
*Good customer service skills
*Ability to carry out some manual handling
