Lunaria Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Optical Assistant to join a friendly and well-established independent opticians in Kentish Town.

The RoleAs an Optical Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the practice and help create an exceptional experience for every patient.
Your duties will include:
*Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
*Carrying out pre-screening and basic eye health checks
*Assisting the Optometrist with a smooth patient journey
*Dispensing spectacles and advising on lens options
*Helping patients choose frames that suit their style and lifestyle
*Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles
*Managing collections and aftercare appointments
*Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
