Full job descriptionForklift and Powered Pallet Truck Operators – Stansted/Great NotleyComplete Workforce Solutions is recruiting experienced B1 and B2 Counterbalance Forklift Operators for upcoming warehouse assignments at YunExpress’s Stansted/Great Notley operation in Braintree.
Successful candidates will support the safe and efficient movement of pallets, freight and goods within a busy parcel and logistics warehouse.
Location: Great Notley, Braintree
Shift pattern: Four days on, four days off
Day shift: 7:00am–7:00pm
Night shift: 7:00pm–7:00am
Duties may include:*Operating B1 or B2 counterbalance forklifts
*Operating powered pallet trucks where required
*Loading and unloading vehicles
*Moving pallets between warehouse areas
*Positioning freight safely for processing and dispatch
*Completing pre-use equipment checks
*Identifying and reporting equipment faults or damage
*Following warehouse health and safety procedures
*Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
*Maintaining accurate operational records
*Supporting the warehouse team to achieve daily productivity targets
Applicants should have:*A valid B1 or B2 Counterbalance Forklift certificate
*Recent practical forklift-operating experience
*Previous warehouse, freight, parcel or logistics experience
*A strong awareness of health and safety
*The ability to work 12-hour shifts on a four-on/four-off rota
*Reliable transport to Great Notley due to the site’s location and shift times
*The unrestricted right to work in the UK
*A current Basic DBS or willingness to complete one
*Good attendance, reliability and timekeeping
All licences and certificates will be verified.
Successful candidates may be required to complete a practical competency assessment and site familiarisation before operating equipment.
No candidate will operate machinery until their licence, experience and competency have been verified and formal operational authorisation has been provided.
These are upcoming temporary opportunities, and final start dates remain subject to client confirmation.
