What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing accounts preparation and compliance work
*Review work completed by junior members of the team and provide constructive feedback
*Liaise directly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships
*Support the training and development of junior staff members
*Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support business development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant managerial experience
*Strong technical accounting knowledge across a range of client sectors
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members
