Full Time | Permanent | 40 Hours Per Week
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Therapeutic Adult Support Worker to join a specialist supported living service in Nottingham, supporting an adult with complex needs in a solo placement
The Role:
*Deliver person-centred support
*Promote independence and daily living skills
*Support individuals with Autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs
*Build positive relationships and provide emotional support
*Complete records and work closely with professionals and family members
Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months’ experience supporting adults with complex needs
*Experience supporting individuals with Autism (ASD)
*Understanding of trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support
*Calm, patient and reliable approach
*Must be able to participate in community activities and outings
Shift Pattern:
*40 hours per week
*5 days out of 7, including weekends
*Mixture of day shifts and waking nights
