Description
*Provide solid HR business partnering to assigned sites and divisions
*Responsibility for full end to end HR operational support
*Drive talent and succession planning
*Champion inclusion, wellbeing and engagement
*Support and drive change management initiatives
*Build excellent stakeholder relationships to be able to influence and coach
Profile
*Experience in HR Partnering from Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial sectors
*Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and best practice
*Proven ability to manage HR operations
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
*Exposure to working within large complex matrix structured environments
*Solutions orientated, self starter and motivated individual
