Full job descriptionAn established and highly respected financial planning business is continuing an exciting period of growth following its acquisition by a major national wealth management group. With significant investment, ambitious expansion plans and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes, the firm is now looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing technical team.
Working closely with a team of Senior Financial Planners, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support across a varied portfolio of clients. The Role
As an experienced Paraplanner, you will:
*Produce high-quality, compliant financial planning reports.
*Conduct detailed technical research across pensions, investments and protection.
*Analyse existing client arrangements and identify suitable recommendations.
*Support Financial Planners with complex client cases and ongoing reviews.
*Prepare review packs, illustrations and suitability documentation.
*Liaise with providers and assist with technical client queries.
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
*Keep up to date with financial planning legislation and industry developments.
About You
To be considered, you should have:
*Previous Paraplanning experience within an IFA or Financial Planning practice.
*Strong report writing and technical research skills.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
*Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
*Diploma qualified (preferred), although experienced Paraplanners working towards Level 4 will also be considered.

*Salary of £40,000-£65,000 depending on experience.
