Full job descriptionA fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established organisation.
We are looking for someone with strong transactional finance experience and ideally knowledge of Kerridge (K8) to support the finance team during an important period of growth and increased workload.
Key responsibilities:
*Processing purchase invoices and supporting the accounts payable function
*Handling supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
*Raising sales invoices and supporting accounts receivable
*Processing payments and assisting with reconciliations
*Supporting month-end activities and general finance administration
*Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring attention to detail
About you:
*Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant / transactional finance role
*Experience across AP and AR processes
*Knowledge of Kerridge (K8) is highly desirable
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
*Confident working within a busy finance environment
