You’ll Need
*Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between branches
*Experience in sales management and the motor retail industry
*Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer law & trade practices
*Leadership skills to motivate a sales team

Your Role
*Achieve monthly sales and profit targets
*Maximise add-on product sales and profitability
*Promote brand awareness via social media & digital channels
*Ensure excellent customer service and compliance
*Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Key Responsibilities
*Set and monitor team sales targets
*Manage stock turnover, market penetration, and showroom space
*Improve showroom conversion rates and customer satisfaction
*Oversee financial operations and departmental budgets
*Liaise with managers, manufacturers, and marketing teams

*Experience running a department, training staff, and organising sales operations
