Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Sea Freight Import Clerk to join a busy logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:*Manage sea import shipments from start to finish.
*Complete customs import entries.
*Liaise with overseas agents, customers and internal teams.
*Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely invoicing.
*Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Requirements:*Previous experience in Sea Freight Imports.
*Customs knowledge is essential.
*Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast paced environment.
