We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Temporary Order Processor to join our team in Horley. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the wider team during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
*Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, and online systems
*Verify order details for accuracy before processing
*Manage and maintain inventory records
*Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse/despatch teams
*Check stock availability and levels
*Update order status
*Resolve order queries and discrepancies
*Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
