The role of the Production Manager - PVC Windows will involve:
*Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production for a variety of PVC windows
*Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, from goods-in to dispatch, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time delivery
*Drive production performance against targets, balancing quality, cost, and efficiency while continuously improving processes
*Own production planning, resource utilisation, and operational decision-making to meet demand and resolve issues
*Ensure high standards of quality, Health & Safety, and compliance across all areas of the operation
*Lead, develop, and manage a large team while driving KPIs, cost control, and a culture of continuous improvement
The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager - PVC Windows with:
*Must have experience in a production or operations management role
*Ideally have worked with heavy manufacturing processes such as welding saws or other heavy machinery
*Lean manufacturing skillset (5S), IOSH & NEBOSH qualifications
*Must have experience managing a team, open ended in size although would be advantageous to have previously managed 20+
*Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory experience
*Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
