Salary: £25000 – 28000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent – office based (35 hour week)
Are you an energetic and customer-focused professional looking to make a real impact in a growing business? Our client, a leading name in their industry, is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and dedicated team.
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey - building strong relationships with distributors, managing orders from enquiry to completion, and helping to drive business growth through excellent service and proactive sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with distributors.
*Manage customer orders and enquiries from start to finish.
*Prepare and process orders and quotations within agreed deadlines.
*Recommend suitable products, negotiate terms, and provide accurate quotations.
*Follow up quotations to secure orders and update the Customer Service Manager.
*Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise profitability.
*Monitor sales trends and take proactive action where needed.
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
About You:
*Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.
*Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills.
*Strong organisational ability with great attention to detail.
*Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
*Team player who can also work independently.
*Proficient in IT systems and quick to learn new software.
*Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous development.
