Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of anti-social behaviour complaints from initial report through to resolution.
*Investigate reports of nuisance, harassment, intimidation, noise complaints, environmental issues, and tenancy breaches.
*Gather, assess, and present evidence to support enforcement action where necessary.
*Conduct interviews with complainants, alleged perpetrators, and witnesses.
*Carry out risk assessments and provide appropriate support to vulnerable residents.
*Develop and implement action plans to resolve ASB cases effectively.
*Work in partnership with the police, local authorities, social services, legal teams, and community organisations.
*Prepare legal documentation and attend court hearings, injunction proceedings, and possession actions when required.
*Maintain accurate case records, correspondence, and management reports.
*Promote early intervention, mediation, and preventative measures to reduce anti-social behaviour.
*Ensure compliance with housing legislation, ASB policies, and safeguarding procedures.
*Participate in estate inspections and community engagement activities.
