Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage import shipments through the full operational process.
*Liaise with customers, overseas partners, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
*Prepare and check shipping documentation to comply with regulations.
*Support customs-related procedures and ensure compliance.
*Handle customer queries and provide excellent service to resolve issues promptly.
*Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
*Assist with invoicing and shipment administration to ensure financial accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience within freight forwarding, imports, or logistics operations.
*Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
*Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach to handle complex shipment details.
*Knowledge of customs procedures would be advantageous.
