Location: Herne Bay, Kent (CT6 6GZ) – Hybrid (2 or 3 Days Office-Based, Remaining Remote)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000+ Year 1)

We are expanding our internal team and looking for an ambitious Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant to join us. No prior recruitment experience is required; we provide full, hands-on training to help you succeed in the lucrative IT sector for finance.

The Role: As a Trainee Consultant, you will learn the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing specialized IT talent for our growing client base via LinkedIn. Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview processes. Learn B2B sales techniques to win new business and build client relationships. Meet daily performance metrics to build a profitable recruitment desk.
What We Are Looking For: Strong communication, resilience, and an analytical mindset. A competitive attitude with a drive to hit financial and career targets. Basic computer literacy and an interest in technology or sales. Ability to commute easily to our Herne Bay office on in-office days and a laptop.
