Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Salary: £13.20 per hour
We’re currently looking to recruit two Production Administrators to join a busy and growing manufacturing business.
Available Positions:
*Days Administrator: 7am - 4pm
*Nights Administrator: 10pm- 7 am
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and has strong administrative and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce and maintain daily production reports and KPI data
*Collect, analyse and input production information accurately
*Support the production team with a range of administrative duties
*Prepare documentation for production meetings
*Monitor production data and highlight any discrepancies
*Produce hourly reports and update relevant systems
*Print production labels and maintain production records
*Work closely with production and management teams to ensure accurate communication across departments
*Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
*Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Comfortable working with numbers, reports and production data
*A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise workloads
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
