Due to continued success this year, my client is looking to expand their team. Despite the challenges the property industry has faced, the business continues to perform exceptionally well by focusing on what it does best: delivering outstanding customer service.
You won’t be faced with a rigid or pressurised KPI structure. Instead, you’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team that genuinely wants you to succeed and develop.
This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll build relationships with clients, negotiate deals, market properties on Rightmove and support people through one of the biggest milestones of their lives.
Whether you’re helping someone find their first home or supporting a client moving to the area, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference while building a successful career in property.

Previous property or sales experience would be advantageous, and this could be an excellent next step in your career. Knowledge of the local area would also be beneficial, but a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
