Mandarin Speaking Assistant Customer Service - What You’ll be Doing:
*Process new account applications, closure of accounts, and change of customer information
*Handle customer enquiries at the front office professionally and in a timely manner
*Maintain customer relationship and cross-sell relevant products and services
*Deal with cash and non-cash transactions at the front office and assist customers with any related enquiries
*Collect, check, and ensure safe keeping of cash and cheques
*Promote products and services to potential clients
*Deal with post returned and daily overdraft reports
*Ensure all activities meet the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and other regulatory requirements at all times


Mandarin Speaking Assistant Customer Service - The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
*Degree educated preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant subject
*Proven track record in similar business stream
*Knowledge of Retail Banking products is preferred
*Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred
*Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills
*Sales and marketing skills
*Problem solving and analytical skills
*Highly organised
*Attention to detail
*Team player who is able to work independently
*Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
