Full job descriptionA leading, fast-growing Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting for a Lettings Manager to be based in Newcastle.
Overview:
*Job Title: BTR Lettings Manager
*Location: Newcastle
*Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus
The Lettings Manager will be responsible for the leasing strategy and day-to-day leasing activities for a new Build-to-Rent development in Newcastle.
Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager include:
*Manage a team of Leasing Professionals.
*Drive sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
*Ensure team members are delivering to a high standard.
*Oversee renewals.
*Respond to resident concerns or questions.
*Complete various reports.
*Stay informed about the current market and competitors.
*Use software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities.
*Follow health & safety procedures in accordance with company policy.
*Identify areas of improvement.
The person:
*Experienced Lettings Manager within residential property.
*Prior experience leading a team.
*Excellent understanding of the leasing process and legislation.
*Be a natural leader.
*Have a passion for customer service.
*Ability to work to deadlines.
*A clear, calm communication style.
