Are you a Residential Property Solicitor or FCILEx looking to join a highly regarded and growing property team? You’ll be joining a large and expanding team of experienced property lawyers who pride themselves on delivering a bespoke conveyancing service. With a strong flow of work generated through longstanding client relationships and trusted referrer networks, you’ll benefit from a varied caseload and a supportive team environment.


What you’ll be doing:
*Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
*Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
*Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients
*Providing a high level of client service throughout the transaction process
*Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
*Participating in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives
*Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own matters


About you:
*Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with approximately 1–5 years’ PQE
*Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing
*Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Personable, enthusiastic, and driven approach
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
*Keen to develop and build a successful long-term career in residential property
