Typical responsibilities for an ABA Assistant:
*Support students using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies
*Work one-to-one and in small groups
*Encourage positive behaviour and student engagement
*Help implement behaviour support plans
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback
*Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for an ABA Assistant who has:
*A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
*An interest in supporting children with SEN
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A willingness to learn and develop
*Experience working with children or in care is beneficial but not essential

*Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
