Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to become an integral part of their highly regarded team based in a picturesque Worcestershire market town. The Role
You will manage your own varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
*Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning.
*Estate Administration and Probate matters.
*Lasting Powers of Attorney.
*Trust creation, administration and advice.
*Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
*Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential).
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional level of service.
*Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking opportunities.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
*A minimum of 5 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
*Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client law.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
*A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
*A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
*A desire to contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
