Full job descriptionAJ Chambers is working with a highly regarded London law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3–5 years’ PQE) to join its established Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, investors and corporate clients.
The Role
You will advise on:
*Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
*Landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases.
*Title due diligence.
*Development work, including option agreements, promotion agreements and conditional contracts.
*Commercial property finance and secured lending.
*Working closely with corporate, finance, tax and dispute resolution teams on complex transactions.
*Building client relationships and supporting business development.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate.
*Strong experience handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters.
*Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
*Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
