Full job descriptionA great opportunity has become available to work for a market leading organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis due to company growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role as duties will include:
*Managing, mentoring and motivating a team
*Month end management accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Process/systems improvements and automations
*Financial reporting
*Month end and year end close
*Audit preparation
*VAT and compliance
*Other ad hoc duties as required
Keys skills and attributes:
*Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
*Qualified or qualified by experience
*Experience of managing a team
*Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Accounts preparation, analysis, reporting and business partnering experience
*Strong IT skills including advanced level Excel
Additional information:
*Full-time hours across 5 days per week
*Office based 3-4 days per week minimum
*Close to main public transport links
