Location: Telford
Salary: £30,000 - £32,500
Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate with experience managing Fixed Assets and working on SAP.
We are currently recruiting for a globally recognised company based in Telford! Our client is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate, with some relevant experience, to join a fast paced company where they can build on their skills and progress with the company! The successful Assistant Management Accountant will work closely with the Management Accountant to manage Fixed Assets, support with Management Accounts and work on system improvement projects.
Responsibilities Will Include:
*Produce financial reports and collate valuable data used for budgeting and forecasting!
*Support stock takes and manage the audit of financial data, liaising with external auditors.
*Support the Management Accountant with Management Accounts and costing!
*Be solely responsible for the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accuracy and correct accounting.
Ideally, You Will:
*Hold a relevant degree, like Accounting and Finance, or be AAT qualified.
*Have experience working in a similar role with exposure in Fixed Assets, reconciliations and journal posting.
*This company uses SAP, experience with this system would be ideal but is not essential.
*Have experience working in a fast-paced and high volume working environment, to hit the ground running in the pace of this role!
