The Company
This is a well-funded, founder-led health and wellness brand that has grown steadily since opening and is now moving into new territory, with a café launch and product expansion in the pipeline. The events programme sits at the heart of the brand, bringing together cultural programming and community gatherings. The brief covers live music, author talks, workshops and launches. And the person in this role will sit right alongside the founder on every creative and strategic decision. Ideas get backed here, budgets follow ambition, and the people who thrive are the ones who want ownership and room to build.
The Role
As Events Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the planning and delivery of a varied live events programme, working closely with the founder at every stage.
*Plan and deliver live events from initial logistics through to on-the-day execution and breakdown
*Build and manage timelines, run-of-show documents and contingency plans for each event
*Book, brief and coordinate suppliers, equipment and external venues
*Liaise with performers and artists on scheduling, riders and hospitality
*Manage guest lists, VIP details and invitations with full discretion
*Translate the founder’s creative vision into clear, workable Events Manager coordination plans
The Candidate
The right Events Manager will have a proven track record in live event management and the composure to deliver high-profile events in a founder-led environment.
*Hands-on experience in live events across music, culture, wellness, hospitality or community
*Highly organised with rigorous attention to detail across all event coordination
*Calm and resourceful under pressure with confident problem-solving on the ground
*Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with artists, venues, suppliers and guests
*Discreet and reliable when working with founders and high-profile guests
Experience in music events or cultural venues is beneficial but not essential, as are existing contacts in artist or music networks and a background in VIP guest management. Familiarity with wellness or community-focused culture and events is a plus. What matters most is that you bring structure, confidence and genuine enthusiasm for the work.
