Location: Cardiff – Hybrid | 12/24-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £32,000 – £39,000
VIQU are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in South Wales to recruit a Clinical Systems Trainer to join their Digital Programmes team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the rollout, adoption and ongoing development of business-critical clinical systems, helping colleagues confidently use technology that improves day-to-day operations and patient care.
Working closely with Digital, Business Change and operational teams, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programmes, develop user-friendly learning materials and support users through the implementation of new digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design and deliver training for clinical and business systems.
*Deliver classroom, virtual and one-to-one training sessions.
*Create training materials, user guides and digital learning resources.
*Carry out training needs analysis and tailor learning to different audiences.
*Support the implementation and adoption of new clinical systems.
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote effective system use.
Key Requirements:
*Experience delivering training on clinical, healthcare or business systems.
*Previous experience designing training materials and user documentation.
*Strong presentation and communication skills.
*Experience supporting system implementations or digital change programmes.
*Ability to engage users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
*Experience within healthcare or a clinical environment is highly desirable.
