The Role
A leading Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Lead PMO Manager to establish and lead a newly formed PMO function, driving governance, strategic planning and portfolio delivery across a high-profile digital transformation programme.
You will define PMO strategy, oversee project governance, business cases, resource planning and quality assurance, ensuring delivery aligns with organisational priorities.
Experience & Requirements
*Proven experience leading PMOs across large, complex programmes or portfolios.
*Strong background establishing PMO governance, frameworks and delivery standards.
*Experience developing business cases, Statements of Work (SoWs) and portfolio reporting.
*Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
*Experience with resource planning, portfolio management and continuous improvement.
*Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring PMO teams and developing capability.
*Government or large-scale digital transformation experience is highly desirable.
